At The Design Rat, we create unique print-on-demand items just for you. Because each product is made to order, all sales are final. However, we care about your experience and will gladly make things right if there’s a problem with your order.
🛍️ All Sales Are Final
Since our products are custom-printed and made to order, we do not offer returns or exchanges for:
- Buyer’s remorse
- Incorrect size or color ordered
- Change of mind
Please double-check your order details before placing your purchase.
🚨 Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Orders
If your item arrives damaged, misprinted, or incorrect, we’ll replace it at no extra cost.
To request a replacement:

- Include:
- Your order number
- A brief description of the issue
- Clear photos showing the damage or error
We’ll review and respond as quickly as possible!
📦 Shipping Issues
We are not responsible for:
- Shipping delays once your package is in transit
- Incorrect shipping addresses provided at checkout
- Lost or stolen packages (we recommend contacting the carrier)

🔄 Order Cancellations
We are unable to cancel or change orders once they’ve been submitted, as they go into production quickly. If you made a mistake, contact us ASAP and we’ll do our best to help—though we can’t guarantee changes.
